Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join an Architecture Community across domains within a large bank network context. You will own end-to-end solution architecture for applications, coordinating input from multiple architecture disciplines and documenting complex As-Is / Transition / Target architectures in line with roadmaps.

The role emphasizes collaboration with 3rd parties and cross-regional teams, with hybrid work in Poland and opportunities to work abroad for up to 60

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Solution Architecture experience.
• Experience in IT Systems Design and Solutions Architecture working in Financial Institutions (Retail or Corporate).
• Experience in creating practical, workable architectures aligned to IT principles/standards, with governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Solution Architecture, coordinating input from other architecture disciplines.
• Document complex As-Is / Transition / Target Architectures aligned to roadmaps.
• Understand migrating/decommissioning from legacy technologies to new technologies and how to remove obsolescence.
• Apply domain and Decision Driven Design experience, create SDDs.
