Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand in Kraków seeks an Enablement Hub Lead to own AI-primary onboarding and early readiness for Services teams. You will map digital journeys, balance automation with human oversight, and partner with Services leaders to move learners to staffed or billable work.

You will design guided onboarding, run live workshops, monitor readiness health, and ensure privacy and responsible AI practices while maintaining Cornerstone standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering Professional Services or SaaS implementations.
• Experience designing or operating onboarding or role-readiness journeys.
• Strong understanding of delivery governance and customer engagement.
• Ability to design AI-primary learning experiences with human coaching.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-primary onboarding journeys for Services cohorts in Kraków with human oversight.
• Configure and improve personalized digital guidance and progress signals.
• Deliver targeted live workshops, coaching, simulations, and feedback.
• Coordinate onboarding milestones, staffing, and readiness decisions.
• Monitor readiness bands and intervene with managers and mentors as needed.
• Partner with leadership to connect readiness decisions to deployment on customer work.
