Support the planning and coordination of materials for production and purchasing to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Assist with TTB compliance documentation and reporting. Coordinate with internal teams to support production schedules and supplier relations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize material planning processes and inventory management.

What You Can Expect
  • Material Planning Support: Assist with planning and purchasing materials for BF production, including labels, shrink bands, corks, glass, and cooperage supplies.
  • Schedule Coordination: Support the coordination of annual bottling and distillery schedules to minimize material obsolescence.
  • PO Coordination: Assist with creating and issuing Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely availability of production materials.
  • Specification Compliance: Work with Packaging, QC, QA, and R&D teams to ensure materials meet BF specifications.
  • Inventory Management: Support the coordination of SAP Inventory Management activities, ensuring accurate plant SKUs and finished goods inventory.
  • TTB Compliance: Assist in maintaining compliance with TTB regulations for the export of bulk spirits and finished goods.
  • Supplier Relations: Help manage supplier relations, including resolving supply and payment issues and negotiating competitive prices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to establish a zero‑loss mindset and optimize material planning processes.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in material planning, procurement, or inventory management.
  • Basic understanding of material planning and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with SAP and knowledge of TTB compliance is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment.
