Cushman & Wakefield in Warsaw is seeking a Junior Consultant to join our Capital Markets team. You will support investment transactions, perform market research, build financial models, and assist with due diligence under guidance from seasoned professionals.

You should have a degree in Real Estate/ Finance/ Economics/ Business, internships in real estate or investment, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Have initial professional experience or internships in real estate, investment, finance, or consulting.
• Are interested in investment analysis and commercial real estate markets.
• Have strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Work confidently with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Speak and write fluently in Polish and English.
• Enjoy collaborating with others and building professional relationships.
• Are well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support investment transactions and advisory projects across the commercial real estate market.
• Prepare financial models, cash flow analyses, valuations, and market research.
• Assist with acquisitions, disposals, due diligence processes, and transaction execution.
• Create investment memoranda, pitchbooks, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
• Support client relationship management and help deliver high-quality advisory services.
• Monitor market trends and identify insights that support investment decisions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple business lines to develop tailored solutions for clients.
