Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Warsaw is seeking a Trainee to kick-start a career in commercial real estate. You will support valuation projects across property sectors, learning methodologies and contributing to client assignments and valuation reports.

The role offers hands-on experience, data collection, market analysis, and administrative support while you develop analytical, research, and technical skills under supervision.

Qualifications

• University degree or currently pursuing one.
• Fluent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under supervision on assigned tasks.
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel with macros.
• Programming skills (e.g. Visual Basic, Python) are a plus.
• GIS / mapping applications such as QGIS are an additional asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in draft valuation reports in Polish and English.
• Collect transaction data and support market analyses.
• Provide organizational support for day-to-day team operations.
