Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Warsaw is seeking a Junior Consultant to join our Capital Markets team. You will support investment transactions, prepare financial analyses, and contribute to market research under senior guidance.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Real Estate/Finance/Economics, have internship experience, and are fluent in Polish and English. You will develop skills in investment analysis and client-facing materials in a global real estate services firm.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Initial professional experience or internships in real estate, investment, finance, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support investment transactions and advisory projects across the commercial real estate market.
• Prepare financial models, cash flow analyses, valuations, and market research.
• Assist with acquisitions, disposals, due diligence, and transaction execution.
• Create investment memoranda, pitchbooks, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
• Support client relationship management and help deliver high-quality advisory services.
• Monitor market trends and identify insights to support investment decisions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple business lines to develop tailored solutions for clients.

• Have initial professional experience or internships in real estate, investment, finance, or consulting

• Speak and write fluently in Polish and English
