Prime Group, an international IT, Telecom and Engineering services company, is seeking a Junior Business Manager in Wrocław to drive Poland growth. You will learn to identify opportunities, nurture client relationships and help expand our operations with senior managers across teams.

The role offers hybrid work (3 days in Wrocław) and a clear path toward Business Manager leadership, with mentorship from experienced managers and exposure to international projects.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Recruitment or similar client-facing roles.
• Fluent Polish and good English communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support identification of new business opportunities within IT and Engineering markets.
• Assist in prospecting new clients and developing commercial relationships.
• Participate in client meetings and help prepare commercial proposals and presentations.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline and business development activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Support account management activities and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.

About the Role:

As a Junior Business Manager in our Wrocław office, you will support the growth of Prime Group's business in Poland while developing your commercial, client management, and leadership skills.

Working closely with experienced Business Managers, you will learn how to identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the expansion of our operations. Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Recruitment, Consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
• Previous experience within IT services, Engineering services, or outsourcing is a plus.
• Fluent Polish and good English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in business development.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week from our Wrocław office).
