Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a VAT Manager to partner with regional finance leaders in Poland. The role focuses on robust indirect tax compliance, governance, and process improvements in a multinational environment, reporting to the EMEA Finance team in Poland.

The successful candidate will drive VAT strategy, manage audits, and provide specialized guidance across multiple jurisdictions. On-site role based in Poland; fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or tax qualification.
• At least 10 years of VAT experience in EMEA.
• Strong knowledge of VAT compliance, legislation and governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee VAT compliance, filings, and reporting across the EMEA region.
• Provide technical VAT guidance to finance and business teams.
• Monitor VAT legislation changes and assess business impact.
• Manage VAT audits and inquiries with internal/external stakeholders.
• Identify tax risks and implement controls and process improvements.
