Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an experienced Real Estate Portfolio Analyst to support the EMEA real estate strategy. The role involves lease execution, data-driven analysis, and close collaboration with the global real estate team in a hybrid model with offices in Katowice or Warsaw.

You will track leases, analyze costs, coordinate with stakeholders, and prepare business cases in partnership with Finance. A degree in related fields and 5+ years of experience across EU markets are preferred.

Qualifications

Degree in real estate, business management, analytics, or related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years in real estate or lease transactions across at least two European markets (EMEA).
Experience analyzing real estate lease data and providing data-driven recommendations with oversight from Global Real Estate leader.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with AutoCAD or real estate databases is useful.
Willingness to travel occasionally (10–15%).
Proficiency in English plus at least one additional language; financial background is a plus.

Responsibilities

Track and manage lease extensions, renewals, termination options, and basic contractual obligations to support decision-making 9–12 months in advance.
Communicate promptly with internal customers regarding upcoming lease actions and required business inputs.
Gather customer requirements on location, size, layout, and space functionality and translate into inputs for lease requirements.
Develop comparative analyses for lease options, including rental costs, operating expenses, and changes over the lease term.
Use internal data and market information to assess occupancy trends, cost drivers, and use metrics.
Prepare capital, one-time expense budgets for leasing activities.
Prepare business case summaries with Finance to align on budgets and coordinate with leadership.
Support data accuracy by ensuring the real estate management system reflects current lease abstracts and analyses.
Partner with third-party real estate agencies to identify suitable sites based on requirements.
Coordinate customer site visits and gather feedback for selection decisions.
Prepare and route business case approval documents with financial summaries and analyses.
Coordinate third parties for fit outs or modifications, coordinating with vendors, IT, and Security for cost inputs.
Manage timelines to ensure projects are completed as expected.
Support budgeting by providing capex and lease rate estimates.
