This one-year fixed-term contract involves preparing artwork input files, managing labeling changes, and coordinating final approvals with LOCs to meet tight timelines.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2 years in Regulatory Affairs and artwork management; English proficiency; ability to work in a global, virtual team; and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years in Regulatory Affairs and artwork management is required.
• Experience in global/virtual teams is advantageous.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and meet timelines.
• Proficient with MS Office; English strong, other languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare artwork input files or annotated artwork for mockups or creation.
• Use artwork management system to initiate artwork for labeling changes and regulatory submissions.
• Perform quality check reviews of artwork and coordinate final approvals with LOCs.
• Enter data and monitor metrics in labeling tracking system; communicate with stakeholders.
• Support standardization/new systems to improve efficiency and continuity.
