You will partner with senior stakeholders and project leads to oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring governance, risk management, and delivery against budgets and timelines.

The role requires 3+ years of programme or fit-out experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Min. 3+ years of experience in programme or fit-out project management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of fit-out project management methods and governance.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Willingness to travel and work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple fit-out projects and workstreams to align with strategic objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor programme plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interdependencies.
• Prepare programme status reports and executive dashboards for leadership and clients.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, milestones and budgets.
• Identify, assess, and manage programme risks and opportunities.
• Support budgeting and governance, ensuring compliance across the programme.
• Drive continuous improvement in governance and service quality.
