EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior Consultant – Project Management & Construction to join our Real Estate advisory team. You will provide project management and construction consulting across EU client assignments, guiding planning, design and delivery with a focus on value and risk management.

Requirements include 4+ years in real estate construction, fluent German and English, ability to travel within the EU, and a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Business and operational transformation projects for real estate.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform site inspections and provide technical support during construction and maintenance phases.
• Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and best practices to ensure the highest quality of service.
• Prepare and present technical reports, market studies, proposals, and documentation to clients and stakeholders.
