Job summary

Octave is seeking an IT Manager for the EMEA region. You will lead IT teams across multiple locations, ensuring secure and compliant operations while aligning with global IT strategy.

You will partner with regional leaders to translate business needs into IT solutions and manage risks and escalations with a focus on operational excellence. The role requires experience in IT leadership, enterprise IT environments, and global governance models, with strong stakeholder management across cultures

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading IT teams and services.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, applications, security and service management.
• Experience working in international/EMEA setups and regional coordination.
• Ability to balance people leadership with operational responsibility and strategic alignment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Experience with global IT governance models and standardized processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop IT teams delivering services across several EMEA locations
• Accountable for stable IT service delivery, availability, and operational excellence
• Implement and execute global IT policies, standards, and roadmaps within EMEA
• Ensure security, compliance, and data protection requirements are met
• Partner with regional business leaders to translate business needs into IT solutions
• Manage escalations, risks, and operational priorities within the region
• Coordinate with global IT teams to ensure alignment and consistency
• Contribute to global IT initiatives, transformation programs, and continuous improvement activities
