Job summary

GE HealthCare in Poland is seeking a Category Manager - IT to lead regional IT sourcing strategies across the EMEA region. You will partner with CIO and business stakeholders to drive value, optimize costs, and manage risk in IT categories such as Telecom, End User Services, and IT Resellers.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, supplier relationships, and proven experience in complex sourcing initiatives across multiple countries, with a high-visibility contribution to regional

Qualifications

Extensive IT Sourcing and Strategic Sourcing experience in a global setting.
Proven track record in Category Management for IT spend.
Experience collaborating with CIO, Finance, Legal and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Defining and executing regional IT sourcing strategies with the EMEA CIO organization and IT leadership teams.
Acting as a strategic commercial partner to senior IT stakeholders, ensuring cost, performance and service balance.
Building and sustaining strong relationships with key strategic IT suppliers and partners.
Leading complex negotiations across Telecom, End User Services, IT Resellers, Mobility across multiple EMEA countries.
Owning and managing Telecom, Voice, and Mobility contracts and supporting End User Services programs.
Leading RFx processes, SOWs, and commercial engagements across EMEA IT services.
Collaborating with regional and global sourcing teams to align and share best practices.
