Job summary

SEEPEX, a leading manufacturer of PCP pumps and systems, invites applications for a Junior Inside Sales Specialist based in Poznań. You will support quotation and order processing, provide technical and commercial assistance to customers across EMEA, and coordinate with Sales, Engineering and Service teams from our European CoE.

You will work office-based with focus on accuracy, ERP/CRM entry, and proactive customer communication.

Qualifications

• Completed technical education or graduation approaching.
• First practical experience in technical customer support, sales, or application engineering.
• Basic technical understanding.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle, or similar).
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and product specifications.
• Experience in quotation preparation, pricing, or basic commercial processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional technical and commercial support to customers across the EMEA region from an office-based environment.
• Communicate proactively with customers via phone, email, and digital channels to support ongoing customer management.
• Act as an internal coordination point between Sales, Engineering, Customer Service, and headquarters functions.
• Prepare, review, and track quotations for pumps, systems, and spare parts using configuration and pricing tools.
• Enter and validate customer orders with high accuracy in ERP/CRM systems.
• Verify pricing, delivery terms, technical documentation, certificates, and contractual requirements before order release.
• Work with local and headquarters teams to standardize back-office processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in internal and external training workshops and development sessions at headquarters.
• Provide customer service support for spare parts, service interventions, and basic after-sales topics across the EMEA region.
