Job summary

Sol-Millennium Medical Group seeks an experienced Product Manager – Injection, EMEA to lead strategy, development, and commercial performance of the Injection portfolio across the EMEA region.

The role blends strategic product management with strong commercial ownership, working closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and Finance to drive growth, launches, and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management for medical devices or regulated B2B environments.
• Experience launching products across multiple markets or regions (EMEA).
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and Finance.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Injection and Regional Anesthesia portfolio across EMEA, aligned with business objectives and regional market needs.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including portfolio strategy, new product development, launches, commercialization, optimization, and phase-out.
• Act as the voice of the customer using market, customer, competitor, and industry insights to prioritize product development.
• Take ownership of product category performance including revenue, gross profit, profitability, growth, and market share.
• Lead new product launches with positioning, pricing, forecasting, budgeting, and go-to-market activities in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
• Partner with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and other teams to ensure regulatory compliance across EMEA and translate market requirements into solutions.
