EnerSys in Poland seeks a Product Manager Energy Storage to lead local PLM for Batteries, Battery Systems and BESS, coordinating with global teams to ensure local standards and the NPI process are followed. You will manage the Battery Applications Engineering team and support sales and customers in sizing, guidance, and maintenance to maximize performance.

You will shape local roadmaps, develop business plans for new products, and collaborate with Engineering and Marketing to translate market

Formación

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading small, geographically dispersed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Battery Applications Engineering team and support the sales and customers.
• Define local product roadmaps in collaboration with global Product Management & Engineering.
• Ensure compliance with regional standards and participate in NPI processes.
• Provide technical input for RFI/RFQ, tender responses and product performance analyses.
• Develop white papers, collaborate with Marketing, and present at events when required.
• Support site visits, warranty cases and customer technical discussions.
