Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering/Materials/Chemistry/Polymer Technology or a comparable technical discipline.
• Experience in sales, business development, account management, technical sales, or application development in automotive.
• Ability to identify, develop and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Experience with technical products, customer specifications, sampling, testing, or qualification processes.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, to manage pipeline and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Identify and win new customers across automotive suppliers, focusing on Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 accounts.
• Drive revenue growth via cross‑selling and portfolio expansion in Glass Bubbles and Friction Shims.
• Maintain sales pipeline with next steps, deadlines and stages in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams on sampling, testing and qualification workflows.
• Present 3M solutions at OEM Tech Days, seminars, events, and customer meetings.
