Job summary

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain roles.
• Experience in FMCG or industrial sectors is highly regarded.
• Exposure to S&OP/IBP processes is advantageous.
• Very good English; Polish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts across EMEA by customer and SKU.
• Translate demand plans into supply requirements.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory health and develop mitigation plans.
