Job summary

BD in Wroclaw, Poland is seeking a data analytics professional for a fixed-term role of approximately 2 to 2.5 years. You will enable commercial analytics across the Biosciences portfolio, delivering integration analytics, revenue continuity insights and performance dashboards.

Join a global medtech leader and build repeatable data pipelines, maintain Git-based code, and collaborate with cross-country teams to improve forecast accuracy and decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics or a related quantitative field
• 2+ years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, data analytics or a comparable analytical role
• Experience in Healthcare, MedTech, Pharma or Life Sciences is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Integration analytics: provide commercial analysis behind integration decisions across customer, channels, portfolio and segments
• Commercial reporting: build and enhance sales reporting and analytics under TSA to enable independent analytics in Biosciences EMEA
• Capability building: support evaluation and deployment of practices/tools across organization (instrument replacement targeting, funnel management, sales force standards)
• Integration tracking: maintain commercial reporting that tracks milestones, revenue continuity and customer retention
