Bacardi-Martini Polska Sp. z.o.o. is seeking an EMEA CIT Analyst to manage tax filings and compliance for Poland, Switzerland, and France. You will extract data from SAP, coordinate with local finance teams and advisors, and ensure timely filings with authorities.
The role demands strong analytical skills, fluency in English, and 2–3 years of tax/ accounting experience, preferably in Shared Services or Big 4 environments. SAP proficiency is required.
As a EMEA CIT Analyst, you will be working with CIT compliance processes from EMEA countries (with the special focus on Poland, Switzerland and France), ensuring the filings are submitted on time, tracking tax law changes, and implementing accordingly. This role will help you to increase the knowledge in tax by working with different markets at the same time, working with different tax professionals and tax advisors. Also, this position helps the person to develop different soft skills due to the high interaction across many functions (Finance & Non-Finance) as a resource to the international markets and service centre employees. The candidate will deal with confidential and sensitive data and must ensure conformity with policies, procedures, and regulations of Bacardi and external government agencies.
