Bacardi is seeking an EMEA CIT Analyst to support tax filings across Poland, Switzerland and France. The role focuses on ensuring timely submissions, monitoring tax law changes, and collaborating with tax professionals across finance and service centers.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in tax filings and accounting, fluent English, and SAP experience, with a proactive, analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
As a EMEA CIT Analyst, you will be working with CIT compliance processes from EMEA countries (with the special focus on Poland, Switzerland and France), ensuring the filings are submitted on time, tracking tax law changes, and implementing accordingly. This role will help you to increase the knowledge in tax by working with different markets at the same time, working with different tax professionals and tax advisors.Also, this position helps the person to develop different soft skills due to the high interaction across many functions (Finance & Non-Finance) as a resource to the international markets and service centre employees. The candidate will deal with confidential and sensitive data and must ensure conformity with policies, procedures, and regulations of Bacardi and external government agencies.
