Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) is seeking a GBS Analytics Specialist to support the development and delivery of high-quality reports and dashboards across the STP GBS Service Line. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and actionable insights that drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with curiosity and problem-solving orientation.

• Understanding of data processing and data quality principles.
• Clear communication skills and structured way of working.
• Fluency in English (written & spoken).

• Proactively identify data issues and collaborate with data owners to resolve them.
• Document data sources, definitions, and business logic.
• Analytics problem solving: analyze datasets to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Prepare clean, well-structured data to support deeper analysis.
