Job summary

TechnipFMC plc in Kraków is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to advance our Subsea Production Control System technology. You will join the Controls and Automation Subsea SW Product Development team and contribute to both low-level board support package software and higher-level applications.

In this agile squad, you will use Python and C++, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to gateways, battery management, motor control, and functional safety.

Qualifications

Hold a BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Embedded Software or similar
Experience with JSON data format
Experience with Chai library
Proactive attitude and ownership of tasks
Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally
Willingness to learn and develop further
Good English skills (written and spoken)
Able to work at least 4 days from Kraków office

Responsibilities

Develop embedded software for board support packages and applications
Work on protocols, gateways, battery management, motor control and functional safety
Collaborate in an agile squad and onboard into ways of working
