Job summary

Our Kraków-based team at Sii Poland is developing the next generation of software for industrial control systems, focusing on embedded C++ components and high-level software layers used across hardware platforms.

You will maintain and expand communication modules, refactor and test solutions, and collaborate with multiple teams. Proficiency in Polish and English is required, and relocation to Poland is assumed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience programming in C++.
• Knowledge of embedded systems and RTOS.
• Good knowledge of communication protocols, including Ethernet and TCP/IP.
• General knowledge of networks and the OSI (Open Systems Interconnection) model.
• Ability to debug embedded devices.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Polish.
• Required to reside in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and developing software for communication modules of industrial devices.
• Refactoring and testing existing solutions.
• Collaborating with the development team to define and evaluate proposed solutions.
• Cooperating with other teams within the organization regarding software functions and product development directions.
• Navigating a large codebase and communicating in Polish and English.
