Job summary

BMZ Poland is seeking an Embedded Software Developer to design and implement software for next-generation Battery Management Systems in the automotive sector. You will work on embedded code, define requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Warsaw-based role.

You should be proficient in C11/C++14, have experience with safety-critical standards, MISRA guidelines, and modern toolchains.

Qualifications

• Several years of commercial embedded software development experience.
• Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with safety-critical software (ISO 26262 / DO-178C) and the V-model.
• Knowledge of MISRA C:2012 and MISRA C++:2023.
• Experience with tools such as CMake, Git, Jira and Enterprise Architect.
• Strong English skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and test embedded software.
• Define software requirements, architecture and technical documentation.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews and software integration.
• Work in an Agile environment (SAFe, Scrum).
