Sennheiser Group in Poland is seeking a Software Architect (m/f/d) focused on Embedded Development to shape the software foundation for embedded wireless audio platforms. You will design and implement complex systems serving as reusable building blocks across products and families.

You will collaborate with electronics, Audio DSP, RF and transmission teams to ensure performance, reliability, and integration readiness across platforms, enabling scalable product development.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of embedded software development for RTOS.
• At least 1 year in software architecture development.
• Modular, secure architecture design across hardware platforms.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Modular thinking: reusability, robustness, integration simplicity.
• Proficient in English for international collaboration.
• Experience with FreeRTOS or Zephyr.
• Experience with GitHub and Azure DevOps.

Aufgaben

• Design architectures of complex embedded software across product families.
• Drive main software technical decisions on platforms and systems.
• Advance architecture: anticipate growth and address technical debt.
• Design inter-module interfaces and APIs.
• Supervise embedded software development team.
• Foster collaboration across architects, engineers and product managers.
• Agile Team Leader for software developers.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to engineers and architects.
