Job summary

Sennheiser in Poznan, Poland is seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to shape software foundations for embedded wireless audio platforms. You will design and implement large, complex systems and reusable modules across products.

You will collaborate with electronics, Audio DSP, RF, and transmission teams to ensure reliable integration, high performance, and maintainable code. The role requires hands-on leadership, mentoring, and strong C/C++ skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of embedded software development experience for real-time OS.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
• Strong C/C++ skills for embedded software.
• Experience with ARM Cortex-M processors.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiar with GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent cross-team collaboration and communication.
• Knowledge of FreeRTOS or Zephyr OS.
• Fluent English for international collaboration.
• Experience with firmware for battery-powered devices is a plus.
