Job summary
GlobalLogic Inc. is hiring an Embedded Architect to lead a greenfield migration from embedded Linux to NXP microcontrollers running Zephyr OS.
You will own the architectural blueprint, write core design specifications, and steer the porting strategy across LaundryCare systems in collaboration with the client, a global home appliance leader. The role demands deep embedded software expertise, RTOS development (Zephyr preferred), strong architecture documentation skills, and excellent English
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Software Architect.
- Full lifecycle experience from start of development to start of production.
- Strong knowledge of architecture documentation and design specifications.
- Expertise in RTOS-based embedded development (Zephyr preferred).
- Deep embedded software know-how with NXP RW610 or similar MCU.
Responsibilities
- Architect robust and scalable software solutions for embedded systems.
- Design and define the software architecture for MCU-based systems (M3uC).
- Develop architecture documentation including design specs and interfaces.
- Drive core software component implementation using C++ in RTOS.
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards and quality gates.
- Optimize performance and resource usage within embedded constraints.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide feedback for design integrity.
