Job summary

Ericsson in Poland is seeking L1 baseband software developers to work on 5G RAN and future 6G, focused on L1 SW development and system responsibility. You'll contribute to feature development, prototype work, early studies, and architecture evolution, in a quality-driven, multi-core environment.

The role emphasizes writing high-quality C, Python, and C++ code, unit tests, and troubleshooting, with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office per week).

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in a technical discipline or equivalent.
• Experience in embedded software development and real-time systems.
• Strong C programming and multi-core environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop 5G baseband architecture, functionality, and features with focus on UL receivers.
• Write high-quality, threaded code for multi-core environments and perform testing.
• Maintain and improve the L1 portion of the Baseband product and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in early studies and transform requirements into L1 implementations.
