Job summary

ICEYE is seeking an Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics) in Warsaw to partner with hardware engineering teams as they design and build electronic systems on tight timelines. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years direct experience in electronics sourcing or engineering supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductors, PCB fabrication, and prototyping.
• Experience interpreting BOMs, AVL, PCB stackups, and manufacturing documentation.
• Hands-on ERP purchasing and material management.
• Professional English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the hands-on supply chain counterpart for fast-paced electronics engineering teams.
• Review draft BOMs and secure early orders while the design can still change.
• Identify long lead items early and secure them proactively (early orders, allocation, buffer stock).
• Translate early-stage concepts into actionable sourcing steps with minimal delay.
• Advise engineers on component choices affecting availability, alternates, obsolescence, cost and lead time.
• Identify supply issues before they become blockers and propose workaround paths.
• Own sourcing and procurement of electronic components, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, connectors, harness, RF parts, embedded modules.
• Run fast quoting and supplier selection so prototype and builds get parts on time.
• Lead efforts to find alternative components or new supply paths when shortages occur.
• Set stock levels and material availability plans for development and prototype builds.
• Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, program management, and operations to remove obstacles and maintain build readiness.
• Maintain visibility into prototype schedules, engineering changes, and material risks.
