Job summary

SQA Services, Inc. seeks an Electro-Mechanical Inspector to join on-site at Opole, Poland, for a 1+ year contract. Responsibilities include visual, physical and dimensional inspections, and handling CMM-guided verification while ensuring GD&T compliance and NCR processing.

The role requires strict adherence to inspection plans, complete FAI review, and proper documentation of non-conformances. Shift is 2pm–10pm, five days a week, on-site.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Quality Inspector or CMM Operator with industry knowledge.
• Proficient in dimensional inspection of precision tolerance parts.
• Strong GD&T interpretation and validation of complex assemblies.
• Experience with multiple part numbers and assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, physical, and dimensional inspections per project specifications.
• Conduct incoming inspections from external providers of products and services (e.g., nickel plating).
• Audit inspection plans and validate execution; verify equipment capability and methodology."
• Review and validate FAI documentation for completeness and traceability.
• Document non-conformances and submit NCRs for customer disposition.
• Verify hardware cleanliness and absence of debris; ensure proper fastener installation and torque checks.
• Ensure products meet specified standards (oil canning, gaps, contour, waviness).
• Verify shipping documentation for legibility and completeness.
