Job summary

SQA Services is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Inspector to support source inspections at Opole, Poland. The role is on-site, 2pm-10pm, 5 days a week, on a 1+ year contract.

Responsibilities include dimensional inspections, GD&T interpretation, and NCR documentation for aerospace, electronics, and life sciences projects. The ideal candidate has extensive quality inspection experience with precision tools and CMM, plus familiarity with FAI and watchful attention to detail in final/first article

Qualifications

Experience as a Quality Inspector or CMM Operator.
Ability to interpret GD&T requirements and validate assemblies.
Proficiency with precision inspection tools and measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

Conduct visual, physical, and dimensional inspections per project specs.
Perform incoming and in-process inspections of critical features.
Compile inspection sign-off sheets and ensure traceability.
Verify inspection equipment capability and alignment with drawings.
Document non-conformances and submit NCRs for disposition.
Review FAI documentation for completeness and compliance.
Ensure proper packaging and preservation of inspected products.
Verify shipping docs include part numbers and serial numbers.
