Job summary

SQA Services in Opole, Poland, seeks an Electro-Mechanical Inspector to support source inspections on-site. You will perform visual, dimensional, and GD&T inspections, verify FAI documentation, and ensure conformance of electro-mechanical assemblies using precision hand tools and CMM where applicable.

This 1+ year contract offers a 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) five days a week with a focus on quality, traceability, and compliance with ASME GD&T standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Quality Inspector or CMM Operator.
• Proficient in dimensional inspection of precision tolerance parts.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with all inspection tools.
• Ability to understand and interpret complex GD&T requirements.
• Experience with multiple primary/secondary part numbers.
• ITAR eligibility or compliant status as required for export regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual, physical, and dimensional inspections per specifications.
• Perform incoming inspections from external providers.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections of critical features and witness inspections.
• Compile final inspection sign-off sheets and packages.
• Verify inspection equipment capability and alignment with drawings.
• Review justification for parts not inspected at final inspection.
• Audit inspection plans and assess compliance.
• Document non-conformances and submit NCRs.
• Verify cleanliness and absence of debris; ensure proper fastener installation.
• Ensure product conformance to specified standards and workmanship.
• Review FAI documentation for completeness and traceability.
• Protect inspected products for subsequent processing and shipment.
• Verify shipping documentation for legibility and completeness.
