Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in electrical engineering and project coordination in EPC, energy, power, industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, protection, substations and industrial installations.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Familiarity with international standards and codes.
• Ability to read and review technical drawings and documentation.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Proficient with MS Office and engineering software applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise electrical engineering activities during project execution.
• Review and monitor electrical design documents, drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, international standards, and applicable regulations.
• Provide technical support to engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary activities with mechanical, civil, instrumentation and other teams.
• Follow up technical submittals, vendor documentation and engineering deliverables.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Participate in client, consultant, vendor and internal technical meetings.
• Support project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues during engineering and construction.
• Monitor quality, safety and performance standards for electrical works.
• Prepare technical reports and management presentations when required.
