Job summary

Nordex Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking an Electrical Supervisor in Szczecin to ensure HSE compliance on site and oversee electrical work quality for wind turbine commissioning. You will guide subcontractors, perform on-site quality checks, and report progress at toolbox talks.

The role requires coordinating with site managers to replace defective parts and ensuring timely completion of electrical activities for successful turbine commissioning.

Qualifications

• HSE compliance on site is required.
• Electrical work quality must meet related instructions.
• Timely completion to enable turbine commissioning.
• Guide subcontractors in installation and finishing.
• Initiate corrective actions to eliminate defects by subcontractor.

Responsibilities

• Fulfilment and respect of the HSE requirements at site and to intervene if the requirements aren't respected nor fulfilled.
• Quantity and quality of the electrical work in accordance with the related instructions.
• Timely completion of the work to ensure a proper commissioning of the wind turbine.
• Give guidance to the subcontracted parties involved in installation and finishing.
• Initiate corrective actions aimed to eliminate defects and to be executed by the subcontractor.
• Control correctness and completeness of site related reports.
• Collect and forward technical specifications.
• Report the status of the site activities.
• Execute the quality check on site including reporting.
• Active participation at the site meeting on site (toolbox talk).
• Notificate defective or missing parts to the site manager with the purpose of replacement of these parts.
