Job summary

Nordex Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks an Electrical Supervisor in Poznań to ensure daily HSE compliance and high-quality electrical work during turbine installation. You will oversee subcontractors, monitor site reports, and support timely commissioning of wind turbines.

The role requires coordination of activities on site, attention to safety, and effective communication with the team to maintain project quality and timelines.

Qualifications

• Fulfilment and respect of HSE requirements on site
• Coordinate and guide subcontractors during installation and finishing
• Ensure timely completion for proper commissioning of wind turbines
• Report status of site activities and quality checks

Responsibilities

• Fulfilment and respect of the HSE requirements at site and to intervene if the requirements aren't respected nor fulfilled
• Quantity and quality of the electrical work in accordance with the related instructions
• Timely completion of the work to ensure a proper commissioning of the wind turbine
• Give guidance to the subcontracted parties involved in installation and finishing
• Initiate corrective actions aimed to eliminate defects and to be executed by the subcontractor
• Control correctness and completeness of site related reports
• Report the status of the site activities
• Execute the quality check on site including reporting
• Active participation at the site meeting on site (toolbox talk)
• Notificate defective or missing parts to the site manager with the purpose of replacement of these parts
• Report the status of the site activities
