Job summary

ETAP, Poland Krakow location, seeks a QA Test Engineer to join our R&D team. You will ensure reliability, safety, and performance of electrical systems through testing, automation, and quality practices.

You will design test plans, develop automated tests, and validate electrical equipment against standards in an Agile environment, with opportunities to advance in automation, AI, and advanced testing technologies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Define, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for electrical systems and components.
Design and maintain automated test solutions to improve coverage and efficiency.
Verify the selection and compliance of electrical equipment according to standards and specifications.
Perform and validate electrical calculations (power, current, voltage, thermal, protections).
Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues.
Apply QA methodologies and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.
Explore and leverage AI-based tools to enhance testing when relevant.
