Job summary

Arup is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Building Engineering team and deliver low-carbon building services concepts across offices in Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, Warsaw, or Krakow.

You will work with colleagues in energy design, façade and structural engineering, building physics, fire safety and project management, coordinating with stakeholders and contractors to shape safer, healthier, and more sustainable spaces.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification.
• 2-3 years post-qualification practical experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering systems.
• Basic knowledge of local standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of innovative concepts and electrical engineering designs.
• Assist with the sizing and calculation of various electrical engineering components.
• Support tendering and procurement processes.
• Assist with cost calculations and estimates.
• Work closely with energy design, façade and structural engineering, building physics, fire safety and project management.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders and contractors.
