Woodward Inc. in Niepolomice, Poland, is seeking an Electrical Engineer (f/m) to join our Aerospace Electronics team to design and analyze electronic controllers for airborne applications, including motor drives and power stages.

You will work on simulations, schematics, and hardware interfacing in a collaborative, international setting. The role demands 2–3+ years of electronics experience, strong knowledge of analog/digital circuits, and proficiency in Matlab/Simulink (PLECS or similar tools).

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in electronics or related field.
• 2-3+ years in electronics engineering; aerospace background is a plus.
• Experience in analog and digital circuit design.
• Knowledge of electric motors and drive systems.
• Familiarity with Matlab/Simulink, PLECS or similar tools.
• Strong teamwork and communication; English and Polish proficiency.
