Job summary

Woodward Inc. in Niepołomice seeks a hands-on Electronics/Test Engineer to support engineering projects by testing, validating, and analyzing electronic systems and components, including reading schematics and interpreting results.

You will diagnose moderately complex issues, plan and execute tests with oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers, prepare clear test reports, and ensure solutions meet reliability and design standards while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

Job description

What You Will Do:

• Support engineering projects by testing, validating, and analyzing electronic systems and components.


• Diagnose and troubleshoot moderately complex technical issues using standard measurement and analytical methods.


• Plan and execute electronic tests, interpret results, and prepare clear test reports.


• Work with technical documentation and ensure solutions meet reliability, maintainability, and applicable design standards.


• Contribute to team process improvements and take ownership of well‑defined project tasks.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.


• Practical knowledge of electronics and electrical engineering, including electronic measurement techniques and measurement uncertainty estimation.


• Proficiency with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, function generators, and spectrum analyzers.


• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and electronic schematics.


• Hands‑on skills, especially soldering and working with electronic hardware.


• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional engineering team.


• Proficiency in Polish and English communication skills, both spoken and written, at minimum B1 level.


• Basic Python scripting skills for test and engineering and experience with LabVIEW scripting and TestStand sequences are a plus.
