Job summary

ACS Engineering sp. z o.o. is looking for an Electrical Supervisor / Installation Manager in Gdańsk to lead a team of electrical fitters during electrical erection works on multiple sites.

You will monitor the precise execution of technical project requirements and supervise installation activities across projects. The role requires travel abroad for international projects, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in reading electrical drawings.

Qualifications

• Must have education in electrical power engineering or electrics.
• Experience as supervisor in construction of industrial electrical installations (1 year min).
• German and English – written and spoken (mandatory).

Responsibilities

Electrical Supervisor / Installation Manager

Your responsibilities

• Manages a team of electrical fitters for the implementation of electrical erection works for different company sites;
• Monitors the overall exact implementation of the technical project.
• Leads and controls the installation of electrical equipment;
• Ready to travel often abroad, taking part in international projects;
• Prepares requests for necessary materials for the sites;
• Prepares record documentation and hand over to the customer; prepares schedules.

Our requirements

• High education in Electrical power engineering and electrics;
• Experience as supervisor in construction of industrial electrical installations - minimum 1 year; international experience is an advantage;
• Knowledge in installation of cable trays, pulling of LV, MV and control cables, connection of cables;
• Ability to understand work documentation (electric drawings, P&ID diagrams, connection diagrams, etc.);
• Organizational & management skills, high commitment and flexibility;
• Must be a team player and have an ability to follow the rules;
• German and English - written and spoken (mandatory);
• Driving licence cat.B.
