EIS - Multiple Opportunities
Location: Wrocław/Warszawa/Katowice (2 days office / 3 days remote)
Job Overview: As an EIS Consultant in Insurance, you will participate in various streams of Insurance platform implementation projects, collaborate with agile team members to achieve project and client goals, and be part of Business Insurance Transformations. You will work with advanced technology stacks, implement new solutions, and contribute to international projects based on the latest data technologies and cloud platforms.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Technical Consultant contributing to various technical streams of EIS implementation projects.
- Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators.
- Plan and monitor project deliverables from the team.
- Mentor the project team in executing identified projects.
- Will travel to customer locations as needed.
- Participate in organization‑wide people initiatives.
- Support EIS Consulting implementation projects focusing on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within R&D activities.
- Cooperate with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new EIS technologies/solutions that may enhance business process efficiency.
- Report progress of R&D projects and document implementation results, including post‑implementation reviews.
- Design, test, and implement new EIS solutions/modules—conduct workshops, pilots, proof‑of‑concept initiatives, and deploy new or improved system features.
Skills And Attributes For Success
- BE / B.Tech / MCA / MSc.
- Hands‑on experience in Insurance—Policy Core / Billing Core / Claims Core / Customer Core.
- Core technical skills: Java / J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST & SOAP Web Services, Apache Camel‑CXF, Kafka.
- Insurance domain experience—Property & Casualty.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or other technical qualification.
- 4+ years in a corporate IT environment in a similar position.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent business communication skills.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
- Experience in OpenL Tablets and knowledge of Vue.js.
- Certificates proving skills in Java, Spring, SQL, AWS or Azure Cloud, Angular, or React.
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology.
- Experience in Auto (Motor) & Home LoB implementation using EIS.
- Good understanding of Agile methodology.
- Experience in client‑facing roles.
