Bechtel Corporation in Lubiatowo is seeking a Training Lead to develop and execute the EHS training program. You will design curricula, prepare training materials, and coach staff to build a culture of safety and compliance across an international project team.

You will coordinate with HR and subject matter experts to deliver comprehensive training, combine instructor-led and online methods, and drive continual improvement in EHS performance on a large-scale nuclear project.

Formación

• Development of training plans and courses for an EHS program.
• Preparation of training materials, recordkeeping, teaching and coaching.
• Execution of awareness campaigns to enhance EHS performance and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Manages and develops EHS learning, training, and awareness programs within the EHS team.
• Develops EHS standard and specialized courses related to Bechtel's requirements and systems.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to create course materials and awareness strategies.
• Performs train-the-trainer activities and ensures training quality and consistency.
• Prepares an overarching EHS learning plan and coordinates it with HR for training needs.
• Delivers presentations and facilitates training programs.
• Promotes innovative teaching methods and blended learning approaches.
• Supports Bechtel's Craft-Based Leadership program and integrates it into training.
• Applies the EHS Management System to drive continual improvement.
