Job summary

nVent is seeking an EHS Specialist to drive proactive safety culture in a manufacturing environment. The role involves coaching teams, managing incident reporting, and leading investigations and corrective actions to improve safety and environmental performance.

You will collaborate with employees, supervisors, and leadership to embed safety as a core value, participate in continuous improvement events, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years work experience in the manufacturing environment.
• Fluent Polish & English (both spoken & written).
• Strong interpersonal skill and ability to communicate with team members.

Responsibilities

• Drive a proactive safety culture and lead continuous safety improvement initiatives.
• Coach and support employees and leaders on Environmental, Health & Safety matters.
• Manage the incident reporting process and lead investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Provide clear direction and support to achieve site EHS objectives.
• Monitor and report progress toward safety and environmental performance goals.
• Promote employee engagement and ownership of safety across all levels of the organization.
• Participate in Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement events.
