Job summary

Signify seeks an Environment, Health & Safety and Operational Security Specialist to ensure facility compliance with legal requirements and Signify standards in EHS and physical security.

You will implement the EHS program, develop security procedures, and coordinate with regional teams to meet KPIs, while collaborating with external contractors and supporting infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and physical security regulations.
• Experience in project management and working with external service providers.
• Proficiency in English for communication in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and continuously develop the EHS program and Operational Security policy in line with Signify strategy and standards.
• Ensure facility compliance with legal regulations and corporate requirements across health, safety, environment, and physical security.
• Develop and implement procedures and standards for physical security and infrastructure protection.
• Coordinate projects aimed at improving safety and implementing new technical and organizational solutions.
• Cooperate with regional and global EHS and Security teams to achieve KPIs.
