Job summary

NATEK in Poland is seeking a C++/Rust Developer to join our Edge Platform team. You will work on Linux-based onboard systems, delivering robust software components in C++ and Rust.

You will collaborate with international teams, own microservices, write documentation, and contribute to automated tests. We offer long-term cooperation and a modern tech environment with private medical care, life insurance, and a loyalty club.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Strong commercial experience with Rust.
• Practical experience with C++ (C++11/14+).
• Good knowledge of Linux.
• Experience with microservice architecture.
• Strong understanding of software development and testing practices.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical areas.

Join NATEK as a C++/Rust Developer and support the development of the next generation Edge Platform. You will work on Linux-based onboard computing solutions, developing and enhancing software components mainly in C++ and Rust.

Your responsibilities

• Develop new functionalities using Rust and C++
• Design and implement microservices for an Edge platform
• Make architectural and technical decisions within your area of ownership
• Take full ownership of a microservice throughout its lifecycle
• Write technical and architectural documentation
• Develop comprehensive automated and detailed tests
