Job summary

We are looking for an experienced Embedded Engineer to drive system software solutions and tackle challenging hardware-software integration tasks in a Poland-based role. You will design, develop, and maintain Linux-based embedded systems, optimize performance, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with hardware and software teams to ensure project success across demanding environments.

Strong knowledge of I2C, SPI, UART, and kernel module development is required; this role offers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience writing clean, optimized C/C++ for embedded platforms.
• Practical experience with embedded Linux platforms and kernel module development.
• Solid understanding of embedded peripherals, sensors, and standard communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART).
• Proficiency with JTAG, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and troubleshooting tools for performance tuning.
• Strong Git workflow experience for version control and collaborative development.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, ownership of deliverables, adaptable mindset.
• At least an Intermediate level in both written and spoken English (B1).
