Job summary

Delta Plus Polska, an international leader in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is seeking an Area Manager – Eastern Europe to drive commercial development across the region. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will implement the group’s commercial strategy, develop key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve ambitious sales targets.

This strategic role requires frequent travel across Eastern Europe and close collaboration with Product Management, Marketing,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' successful experience in an international B2B sales role.
• Experience in PPE or industrial products is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Eastern European markets and distribution networks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial strategy across your assigned territory.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through distributors, end users, and key accounts.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure profitable business growth.
• Achieve annual sales and profitability objectives.
• Prepare sales forecasts and monitor KPIs.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
