Job summary

A Process/Manufacturing Engineering role involves designing processes, planning budgets, and validating prototypes for scalable production.

Qualifications

• Higher technical degree in mechanical engineering, automation, or production engineering.
• Experience in automotive process engineering, preferably e-motor assembly.
• English language proficiency at B2+/C1 for daily international cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Create process flows, assembly drawings, Control Plans, and PFMEA.
• Manage process engineering planning and budgets.
• Collaborate with R&D on product manufacturability and cost evaluation.
• Define prototype equipment specs, support sourcing, and perform final process validation.
• Create and update process standards and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and support make-or-buy decisions.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance in all processes.
